2.51 miles today on the Week 5, Day 2 workout. Today was walk 5, run 8, walk 3, run 8, walk. I can run for 8 minutes! I can promise you I haven't done that in 20 years. Literally.
I'm not positive when I will do the 20 minute run (up next!), as I'll be going down to Austin for Aunt Ruby's funeral. TBD.
