I am not doing well without a plan/schedule. I am thinking I will pick back up the c25k plan at Week 5 to get my groove back.

Sounds like a good plan.
Having the sun not come up until 7:15 has destroyed my groove. I don't like running in the dark, and I don't want to give up what little time I have without the kids to work on clippies or other projects. I find that if I wait until after dropping Honor off at school to run, that I effectively lose my whole morning. Drop Honor at 9 in time to get somewhere and start running at 9:30. Run until 10:05-10:30 depending upon if it is 3, 4, or 5 miles. Drive home and shower and eat, and then I don't have enough time to do anything before picking her up again. arg. I am going to try and persuade a friend to go run with me and Honor this morning so that my friend and I can take turns pushing the stroller. Sheesh! it really takes it out of me to push that thing. I have gotten so used to running without it.
Anyway, your plan sounds like a good idea!
