I am so not loving this right now. I need some mojo back. I wasn't able to run on Wednesday for many reasons, but I went today. Here's what I did:
Walk 5 minutes
Run 3 minutes
Walk 1.5 minutes
Run 5 minutes
Walk 2.5 minutes
Run 3 minutes
Walk 1.5 minutes
Run 1.5 minutes/Walk 2.5 minutes/Run 1 minute
Walk 5 minutes
Obviously, I'm not ready to move on to Week 5, so I'll do Week 4 again next time. When will next time be? I'm not sure. Tuesday? We're going to be out of town all weekend.

Every time you move/run/walk you are one step further on the path to a healthier body and spirit! Life gets in the way. Just get back out there when you can. Tuesday after you take AJC, get out there and do what you can.
