The Good:
- I did something.
- It's a gorgeous day.
- So far, it seems like my new insole is helping. Then again, I just walked, so YMMV.
- My mini-me isn't playing paddleball anymore.
- Why do I suck outside? I can't even breathe! Seriously - why such a difference from inside aerobically?
- The longest I ran was 2 minutes.
- It was still pretty muddy from all of the melting snow from 24 hours ago (CRAZY!)
